Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Heat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes to ensure it’s at the perfect temperature for cooking the chicken evenly.
- Prepare Chicken: While the air fryer is heating, coat both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil. In a small bowl, combine Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and ground paprika. Rub this spice blend all over the chicken breasts. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides to taste.
- Cook Chicken: Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Close the air fryer and cook at 375°F for approximately 12 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached in the thickest part of the chicken to ensure it is properly cooked and safe to eat.
